Hello Vijay nair,
Can you pl elaborate on WHICH Forms are you referring to?
That would give some clarity/focus on the topic.
As regards the old Postings that you refer to [at least, the way I understand what you wish to mean], there are 2 ways to look @ them:
1] Most....if not all...postings are generic in nature. So what explanation is given today can, in all likelihood be valid OR at least give some idea of the options available for such/similar situations when read later. For eg., a posting [and the suggestions/solutions thereto] related to Late-coming in an organization can give ideas to someone who is in need even years later.
2] Old Postings, even if not being relevant in the current context, usually ALWAYS form a part of the archives for any entity like CiteHR....something akin to the Archives Dept of the Government. Nothing is ever destroyed but is made available for research purposes--NOT for current usage.
Though it could be a bit too early for CiteHR old records/postings to be of use for such purposes, a few years down the line COULD put CiteHR in the category of HR Forums/entities that contribute to research in HR. A case in point would be the old records of HBR, whose century-old records & articles, as far as I know, are still accessed by Universities for research. Hope that clarifies.
Rgds,
