Campus recruitment is your best option. Depending on the institute you approach, your payment to the fresher will vary.

Since you seem to have used CiteHR earlier, I don't quite understand the reason(s) for this thread... you could have just used the 'research' facility at the top of this page to get the reply to your query unless you have any specific aspects unique to your company. Please elaborate.

However, like Ryan Barretto suggested, as a rule of thumb, campus drives would be the most appropriate way to hire freshers.
