Training Program Of All Our Employees

The company is asking me to start the training of all our employees. Our employees are working in-house and out-house also.Please help me with the training calender , schedule , program etc so that to implement it effectively.

making calendar is simple once you decide fundamental questions of the matter of training.

You have left lot of questions unanswered... I will add a few more questions here ! Whether you are looking at technical or non-technical. Do you need local trainers or from other places. What is your budget for training ? Who needs training ? Training is not a perfunctory thing. Training is provided to those employees who need that on a particular topic. There are nearly 15 major training topics right from Achievement Motivation to Stress Management. Who requires what has to be determined, either through a Training Need Analysis format or based on the Immediate Superior or HOD's assessment. In some organisations, TNA is decided based on inputs provided during Annual Performance process.
