How Can I Effectively Plan a Training Program for Both In-House and Remote Employees?

ranjan7172@gmail.com
The company is asking me to start the training of all our employees. Our employees are working in-house and out-house also. Please help me with the training calendar, schedule, program, etc., so that we can implement it effectively.

Please decide on the nature of the training. What is the duration, what are the subjects, etc.? Who will conduct the training? Will it be an in-house expert or an external agency? What are the objectives of the training, budget, etc.? Creating a calendar is simple once you have decided on the fundamental questions regarding the training.

You have left a lot of questions unanswered. I will add a few more questions here! Whether you are looking at technical or non-technical training, do you need local trainers or trainers from other places? What is your budget for training? Who needs training? Training is not a perfunctory thing; it is provided to those employees who require it on a particular topic. There are nearly 15 major training topics ranging from Achievement Motivation to Stress Management. Determining who requires what can be done through a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) format or based on the assessment of the Immediate Superior or Head of Department (HOD). In some organizations, TNA is determined based on inputs provided during the Annual Performance process.

If interested, you can get in touch with me, and I can provide a lot of help and guidance as your HR consultant. I am also a soft skills trainer who conducts training in four languages - English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada.

Best wishes
