Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Xalence Partnership
Tata Institute of Social Sciences, a deemed University, established a School of Vocational Education (TISS-SVE) in December 2011 with a focus on delivering Work Integrated Training Programs across various vertical domains. Xalence has established a relationship with TISS as a Training Hub for the HR & Sales Verticals in Chennai.
Through this partnership, Xalence is offering programs in Sales and HR & Office Administration, including B.Voc (Sales), Post Graduate Diploma in Sales, Post Graduate Diploma in HR & Office Administration, and short skill programs in HR & Sales. The programs are set to commence in July 2015 and are designed for working professionals in Chennai, India. The coursework is part-time, with practical training managed by employing organizations, and certifications are awarded by TISS.
