Non-payment Of Salary And Other Dues After Resignation

I Was working C.Doctor & Co.Pvt Ltd .34 Ganesh Chandra Avenue.6th Floor.Bagati House.Kolkata-700013 Phone :03322156545.03322157120 Director (M) 9636364455 Ph.03322151810 & I was working since 01.09.1992 as a Fitter & resignation dt 04th September 2014.
( Copy Attached) As per contract one month notice (which is mention in my appointment letter attached herewith) I have worked one month after submission of my resignation at your office., During the period I meet / inform them verbal. Send many mail to HR & Director that neither they was deputed any of their representative to take handover my responsibility / documents nor they was advised me any alternative to get rid from company's activities.
Now they stop Salary /Gratuity / bonus / leave & other all amount which is my credibility.
You are requested to advice me how withdraw all dues

Kindly hire one advocate immediately & send them legal notice & for Gratuity & Bonus file complaint at your regional Labour commissioner. you can claim the amount with interest for delay period too.

What is the reason they have given for withholding your settlement ?

As advised you can send legal notice to the company and you can claim your dues. Was there any response when you asked for dues
