Fill Gratuity Register In An Organisation

Can I be helped to fill gratuity register. Do we have ti fill the gratuity amount of all employees or only the employees who quit

Can you clarify the form no (i.e, i,j,k,l), which you are naming as gratuity register.
As per gratuity act, it will be eligible for the employees whoever is completing 5 years of service or 240 days in the 5th year. Only their details need to be filled, if at all you are maintaining a record of gratuity.
For accounting purpose, every year auditors used to show that as a liability for next year.

Is there a concept of gratuity register under the law ?
I don't remember seeing one in the act.
Perhaps you have an internal format that is not a legal requirement ?

There is no gratuity register. If your org has not obtained group gratuity policy, accounts department will provide for sum of all employees' gratuity in books of accounts.
