Struggling to Find Articles for MBA Project on Recruitment Effectiveness? Need Help!

I'm new to this forum. Could someone please tell me where to collect articles and citations for my MBA final year project? The topic is "Effectiveness of recruitment". I tried Google but was unable to find appropriate articles.

Use the research/search menu for results. When you get the results, go through them to see how they suit your requirements. When I searched for the same topic, several results were shown. How useful they are can be determined based on your specific material needs.

The search results don't show any link for reviews of recruitment. Could anyone give me sites where such information could be found?
