Literature Review On Recruitment

Guys,
I'm new to this forum. Colud someone please tel me where to collect articles and citations for my mba final year project. The topic is "Effectiveness of recruitment". Itried google but was unable to find appropriate articles

Use the research /search menu for results.
When you get the results go through them to see how it suits your requirement.
When i searched for same topic,several results were shown,how useful they are can be answered by youonly in terms of your need for material.

The search results dont show any link for reviews of recruitment.. could anyone give me sites where such information could be found?
