PF FORM 11 MANDATORY

Gd Morning Seniors,
Kindly advise me is pf 11 is mandatory i want to know the amendment date so that i can show it to my top level for further procedure
one more doubt regarding PF age 45 scheme certificate 1,10,000 shall go for pension after the age of 58 what is the amount formula of calculation & interest

Dear Sir,
As per my knowledge Revise Form 11 is need to be submitted, otherwise you also include your details while preparing the challans.
After completion of two month you need to submit form 2 for PF nomination.
In case employees more than 58 age, employer has to contribute total 12% to his Pf not any contribution to Pension i.e 8.33%
