Is PF Form 11 Mandatory? Seeking Clarity on Amendments and Pension Calculations

Kindly advise me, is PF 11 mandatory? I want to know the amendment date so that I can show it to my top-level for further procedure.

One more doubt regarding PF age 45 scheme certificate 1,10,000 shall go for a pension after the age of 58. What is the amount formula of calculation & interest?

Dear Sir,

As per my knowledge, Form 11 needs to be submitted; otherwise, you should also include your details while preparing the challans. After two months of completion, you need to submit Form 2 for PF nomination.

In the case of employees above 58 years of age, the employer has to contribute a total of 12% to their PF, with no contribution to the Pension, i.e., 8.33%.
