CHANGE OF ADDRESS IN FACTORY LICENSE

Dear All,
I had applied for Factory license for renewal. We have received factory license but there is error in company address. So I could you help me to proceed for correcting the factory address.
Pls suggest.

Dear Nikita ji,
Factory Licence is granted for the factory premises at particular place. If the factory premises place is shifted from one place to another, you need to obtain a new licence surrendering the old one. Factory premises at new place, you also need to apply for approval of factory building lay out, machinery lay out, process flow chart with it's brief description etc.

Right Sir, If there is no changes in your factory or if it is clerical mistake you can submit an application mentioning so , & get it out correct.

Dear Sir ,
As you said we are changing our factory premises and i need to apply for change of address on factory license hence kindly guide which supporting documents i need to attach with the original Factory license.
