Industrial Injury leave - How can i proceed with my employer?

LAXMI BASKAR
Hi All. I am working in reputed company in the BPO Industry and the company has been providing me cab facility. I have joined on Oct 2013. When i am pursuing my job i met with cab accident on Oct 2014. I got some major sufferings like head injury, epicodyle fracture and nerve compression due to the glass pieces have gone through the left hand at the elbow. The company has processed insurance for surgeries and medical treatment. My physician has provided me medical leave certificate of upto July 2015. I got paid leave in the form of industry injury leave from the date of accident to April 2015.

I have claimed the half of the medical bills and it also reimbursed by the company. Even though my treatment not got over, i am not interested to continue further in this job. If am getting leaves, i think that i cannot continue and i don't want to commit with the co. Still my leaves for the May 2015 and some of the reimbursements are not processed. I want to relieve from the company immediately with the following things - Current month salary, reimbursements, relieving order, assurance for good background verification (since the injury leave and accident are due to the company's fault). How can i proceed with my employer & HR for getting the immediate relieving ?

on observing your state of affairs, on the whole, we would suggest you not to quit unless you have fully recovered from your injury and recover your expenses, medical leave from the company. may be you are right from your angle, but when you resign they may not continue the support which they are extending during your employment. think twice before you take any firm decision.
