BPO Work Rules: How Do You Cope with 21 Days Straight Without a Break?

I am working as a CSA in Serco Global Solutions Pvt Ltd. It's a BPO that requires employees to work continuously for 21 days without any days off. What is the solution for this issue?

BPOs are registered under the State Shops and Commercial Establishment Act. For every state, the law specifies the working hours, shift time, holidays, etc.

The working hours are excessive if you consider the Bombay Shops and Establishment Act. 48 hours per week is the maximum for normal working. Provision for overtime is also included.
