About Bpo Rules

hi,
i am working as a csa in serco global solution pvt ltd , its a bpo they are taking work from the employees 21days continuously without giving off.
what is the solution for it

BPOs are registered under State Shops and Commercial Establishment Act. and for every state, the law specifies the working hours, shift time, holidays, etc.
The working hours are excessive if you take Bombay Shops and Establishment act.
48 hours per week is the maximum for normal working.
Provision for Overtime is there in addition.
