Back Ground Check

I worked with xxx company from august 2012 to october 2014. That company was registered in july 2013. After that I joined in another company in october 2014, after three months my prev company was closed. Now I got an offer from Accenture. Is there any problem with background check.

There should be no problems if you honestly write the full details of work,projects etc in your CV.
If a company closes,the employee can do nothing about it and has to move on,
Your CV should speak of the work you have done and with which company.that is all you can do.

I have placed my full project details honestly. I have formal references also.

How was your salary paid ? Your bank statement is the best proof as it will mention the amount disbursed from the account in your employer's name.

The ammout was paid by cash. But I have all the documents. And my co workers are joined in techmahindra, ami, zenq,amd. Those are came out from my previous company. I have those formal references

If you have all the documents in place I don't think there should be any problem in your reference check.
