Concerned About Background Check with Accenture Due to Previous Company Closure?

tovamsich@gmail.com
I worked with XXX Company from August 2012 to October 2014. The company was registered in July 2013. After that, I joined another company in October 2014. Three months later, my previous company closed down. Now, I have received an offer from Accenture. Is there any problem with the background check?

There should be no problems if you honestly write the full details of work, projects, etc., in your CV. If a company closes, the employee can do nothing about it and has to move on. Your CV should speak of the work you have done and with which company. That is all you can do.

How was your salary paid? Your bank statement is the best proof as it will mention the amount disbursed from the account in your employer's name.

Wish you all the best!

The amount was paid by cash, but I have all the documents. My coworkers have joined Tech Mahindra, AMI, ZenQ, and AMD. They came from my previous company, and I have those formal references.

If you have all the documents in place, I don't think there should be any problem with your reference check.

All the best!!!
