Personality Case Studies Needed: How Can I Help My Students Understand Different People?

garimagoa
I am a PD Trainer with Frankfinn, and I need cases through which it would be easier for my students to analyze personalities and to help them understand how different people need to be treated. Could anyone guide me to case studies, please?

Hi Garima,

This is an excellent tool to assess if a person is aggressive, submissive, or assertive in nature. This will be a good psychometric tool for any workshop dealing with communication, personality development, assertiveness, interpersonal relationships, etc. You can continue with your topic following this.

I have used this in different forums of my training workshops and have found it very useful. I am sure you will also find it useful and interesting :) Also, you can think of taking them through the introduction of transactional analysis. To sum it up, you can say that people have different personalities, and if we can identify them through their behavior, we can easily know their personality types. Then the transaction (interaction) becomes easy to avoid conflicts between people. Please give me your feedback on this.

Best wishes and regards to you,
Sowmini.
