In "Business Sutra," Devdutt Pattanaik presents various ideas extracted from Indian mythology to manage today's businesses in an Indian way. He does not suggest a prescribed framework, but we can create our framework using the same ideas. Here, I have attempted to apply Business Sutra principles to recruitment. I also plan to incorporate them into performance management and training. This is part 1 focusing on recruitment.
