Thanks for the information. Can you please provide me with some of other sites where i can search resumes Pune based. Also can you please help me out . Actually i am working as HR professional. I am looking out for Office Assistant. I had posted that job in a jobsite but the resumes that i got were not according to our requirement. Now i want to search myself for resumes instead of candiadates applying i want to search myself for candidates. How to go about it.

Thanks. Actually i have already gone through naukri. But despite entering several criteria no results have been found. e.g i entered office Assistant in Advanced Search but no results were found. If you have any idea regarding that please let me know.

Dear Rohini,
Try some other key word , I think profile you are looking is for executive assistance, you can try this or any other word which closely defines job.
You can use basic search also rather than advance search.

Today 'Office Asst' is labeled to people who do out door duties especial office boys or less profile job. Now normally its designated as Back Office.... SO try for 'Back office' search.

If your search is Office Assts(Peons), you may not find enough as the required educational Qln. is just +2 or less. If your search is for clerical cadre you may pl. try Executive/Executive assistant/Admin Assistant/Asst-HR etc., Sure, you would get it. While you search pl. be specific as to what is the criteria you would prefer-such as Localites,Additional qualifications/skills you want them to have.-All the Best!
