Thanks. Actually, I have already gone through Naukri. But despite entering several criteria, no results have been found. For example, I entered "Office Assistant" in Advanced Search, but no results were found. If you have any idea regarding that, please let me know.

Try using a different keyword. I believe the profile you are seeking is for an executive assistant. You can try this term or any other word that closely describes the job. You can also utilize basic search instead of advanced search.

Today, 'Office Assistant' is a label given to individuals who perform outdoor duties, especially office boys or those in lower-profile positions. Nowadays, it is more commonly referred to as 'Back Office.' Therefore, I recommend searching for 'Back Office' positions.

If your search is for Office Assistants (Peons), you may not find enough as the required educational qualification is just +2 or less. If your search is for clerical cadre, you may please try Executive/Executive Assistant/Admin Assistant/Assistant-HR, etc. Sure, you would get it. While you search, please be specific about the criteria you would prefer, such as locals, additional qualifications/skills you want them to have. All the best!

Hey fellas, I think most of the resumes on these sites are duplicates and are available on platforms like Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs, and other popular websites. It also depends on the types of users who create accounts on these sites. Mostly, IT professionals are tech-savvy. My friends who are mechanical engineers and electrical engineers are so busy with their work that they rarely surf the internet, maybe once in a blue moon.

I haven't heard of a free job site useful for HR people, but one of the best and cheap alternatives is posting a text-only ad with one of the job portals. It will cost you only between $800-$1000 and will stay for a month.

In the functional area, choose "front office staff" and by pressing the control key, select "HR/Admin." Then, select your required qualifications and location, and click search. You will find what you are looking for.
