Family day in the organisation - help me with the welcome speech?

Hi Everyone, I am newly MBA pass out and joined one organisation as an HR, we are Planning for family day in the org., can somebody help me with the WELCOME speech , Because all "employees and there family" as well as "organization as a family" in both way i need to speak, please help me out with ideas of speech
