Could anyone send the format of an interview assessment sheet/form for existing employees directed at finding out their knowledge regarding the policies of the organization?

If you type "Interview Assessment Sheet/Form" inside the box WHAT DO YOU NEED that you find right above in the title bar and then press 'research' button, you will get plenty of formats. Modify any one form according to your requirement. You can create your form after seeing different forms.

The search gave me the results of pre-employment interview forms, but I require a sample format for post-employment interviews to assess the employee's knowledge regarding the organization's policies. This does not include performance appraisals of the employee.
Perhaps you could have searched with different wordings like "post-employment format" or something similar. Alternatively, you can create your own format and request our opinion. We will correct, add value, and post it for your perusal.
