At a time when the Indian workforce is projected to rise significantly in the coming years, we are in real need of HR automation. So, is the implementation of SAP the only solution for this? Keeping in mind the SMEs and startups.

Hi,

Indeed, HR automation is the need of the time, but I am not sure whether SAP can serve the purpose or not. I have worked on the HR module of SAP, and it is cumbersome and not customized as per the Indian industry. It's better to look out for individual solutions (recruitment tools, training tools, etc.) rather than spending crores on SAP technology.

Thanks,
Aditi
