this side prachi,i am actually working as hr and have recently joined,now the company strength is ard 7,will they be eligible to gentate company establishment code,if yes how?,and need to know as well how to start registering employee for pf,,and if in case they are not getting registered how to give prrof to employye as they ask for slary slip which would be valid all over in all countries.The comp is ant online media

There is no restriction on employee count for PF registration. However if the employee count is more than 20 then it is mandatory to register for PF.
I am attaching the PF registration FORM for reference. You will have to contact the Regional PF office for registration.
