If an employee is absent for the entire month and the leave is not adjusted then the total working day to be calculated is 0, hence the basic is also 0. What will be the PF contribution for that month?
it will be zero. to fill the answer elaborately I need to write some more words and hence when there is no salary there will not be any PF.
