Enhancing Employee Engagement with Policy Knowledge
I have often noticed that employees don't go through the organization's policies and procedures, and some don't keep themselves updated. Policies could be related to HR, Finance, or their work and must be complied with. I am planning to create a quiz format to cultivate the staff's interest in policies and will organize a small one-hour policy workshop. I am confident that this test can help employees understand how up-to-date they are on policies and encourage them to dedicate time to review the policies. My goal is also to boost their interest and help them recognize the importance of policy knowledge and compliance.
Has anyone conducted a session like this before? Any input would be highly appreciated. I am unsure how to proceed with it.
