Hi All, I have resigned from Company B, and when I requested my exit documents, they only gave me the appointment and experience letters from Company A and Company B, but both are on different letterheads.
The situation is as follows: I worked with Company A for around 2 years, and suddenly they closed Company A and opened Company B (with a different name). In Company B, I worked for around 2 months only. They assured us that we would receive all appointment and experience letters from both companies, but they issued them separately. When I apply for jobs in another company, they treat it as if I have resigned from Company B within a short period.
Question: Combining Experience on One Letterhead
My question is, is there any way I can get both (a total of 2 years and 2 months of experience) on one company letterhead, i.e., on Company B's letterhead as it is active in the present market? Kindly suggest to me how I can prove in the job market that I worked with stability in that organization, even though the company has provided different documents, which is not my mistake. Kindly help me out.
By the way, I wanted to highlight some points here:
1. The signing authority is the same for both.
2. There is no website for either company to this day.
Regards
