Seeking Feedback on My HR Questionnaire for Thesis: Are These Questions on Point?

I've prepared a questionnaire regarding HRO, HRP, and HRIS for my thesis work. I am planning to start with a pilot study to gather more information on whether the questions are suitable, or if I should add or delete some questions. Therefore, I would like to receive some comments on that. Pilot studies usually begin with citehr.

Thank you for the questionnaire; it helped me a lot. Actually, I had to study the HR practices of a company as part of my project, so this questionnaire helped me move forward.
