State Government Increases Minimum Wage Rates
I am writing to inform you that the State Government has further increased the minimum rates of wages for different categories of employees in several Scheduled employments on a provisional basis. The State Government has enhanced the minimum rates of wages effective from 01.03.2015.
The increase in wages for monthly-rated employees is Rs. 200.00, for daily-rated employees it is Rs. 7.69, and for hourly-rated employees, it is Rs. 0.96. The details of the enhanced minimum rates of wages for monthly-rated, daily-rated, and hourly-rated employees are provided in the attachment.
