I am happy to say that my superiors gave me an opportunity in Pre recruitment process. Kindly guide me how to explore in the process of recruitment. What are the steps to be taken to get into actual process of recruitment.

Hi Deepa,
Process of recruitment is quite simple & straight forward, except some experience to work on the same with proficiency. In case U want to get practical experience, U need to work with some Placement Consultant, so as to get acquinted with whole Recruitment Cycle.
In case, thats not possible, U may work as a "Fresher Freelancer Recruiter" for some time, but remember this path may take bit more time to have complete idea of whole Recruitment Cycle.
