This will vary depending on the type, size, staff strength, specialities hosted by the hospitals concerned, place of posting/location, responsibilities to be shouldered etc. However for GM (F&A) (Sr.Management level reporting to Board, holding a CA cert.- gross salary-not less than Rs.70 to 100k. For Sr.Mgr.-F&A around 50-60k p.m. is a decent offer.
