Is My Unscheduled Leave on Friday Going to Affect My Weekend Pay?

Please help me understand if taking an unscheduled leave on 16th January (Friday) and having authorized leave from 19th Monday to 23rd Friday would result in 16th, 17th (Saturday), and 18th (Sunday) being considered as sandwich leave. Would my salary be deducted for all three days?
