How Can I Find Contact Details for Axis Bank's MD & CEO for an Invitation?

charl_ss@yahoo.co.in
Dear Friends,

Please help me. I have joined an Indian MNC two weeks back as MT-HR. I have been given my first assignment to get the contact details of Axis Bank's MD & CEO, Mrs. Shikha Sharma. We have a facilitation coming up, and we want to invite her through the proper channel. Even if I get the contact details of her secretary, that could be a help too.

Could anyone help me?

Regards

Dear Charl_ss@Yahoo.Co.In,

Today we are in the era of Information Technology, in which one can have details of any dignitary at their fingertips. Try visiting the website of the bank as suggested by our member Nathrao. You can reach the person or their secretary through direct contact at the Corporate HQ. Alternatively, you can send a message through social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. If needed, you may have to visit the Corporate HQ of the bank in person.

For such assignments, you need to get in touch with the Communications Department of Axis Bank. (022) 2425 2525.

Simple, telephone the bank and ask the operator to put your call through to the CEO's Secretary or Executive Assistant. If the operator asks why, explain calmly and politely that your organization wishes to issue an invitation to the CEO for a conference, seminar, etc., and you need the contact details to send the invitation. There is nothing hard about dealing with a question like this. Always think about it and seek the simplest and easiest solution.

Thank you, everyone. However, the number mentioned (022) 24252525 is not being answered by anyone. Regarding social media, I have also tried reaching out but have not received any responses. The only option left that I have not tried is to visit the Axis Bank HQ to obtain the details. However, when I visited the branch, they mentioned that they do not have the authority to provide the information. I am at a loss for what to do next.

As per the querist, the telephone number only rings, and no one picks up. So probably the only option left is to visit the head office of Axis Bank and find out from the office their policy on such invitations to attend a felicitation.
