How Can I Claim My Due Salary After Leaving a Job Without Proper Screening?

This company (can't disclose the name) I was working in never bothered to proceed with my employment screening. Before they could do this, I left the company due to a lack of faith and trust in my supervisors. Now, I am willing to serve the notice period, which they aren't allowing me to do, and they are also not giving me the full salary I deserve. Most importantly, they have relieved me from the company without even procuring an address verification proof from me. Please suggest a way I can claim my due salary. Can any legal action be taken, if possible?

Depends on your employee agreement. What are the terms of termination there? Is the process different for confirmed and on probation employees? What was your status - confirmed/on probation?

If you are really wronged, you will have legal recourse.

In most such cases, unless the unpaid amount is huge or the extent of the wrong is high, it doesn't really pay to fight your ex-employer.
