I was worked in a company X and relieved on 5th Dec 2012. I joined in the next company Y on 6th Dec 2012.
However company Y did a mistake that 5th is the date of joining with them and paid me from 5th Dec 2012.
So as per my experience letter 5th Dec 2012 is my relieving date from company X and date of joining for company Y.
I did not noticed when I got the experience letter from both companies.
now I am going in company Z and they asking me to correct it.
what is the process to correct it ? what support documents I need to carry to show my upcoming company's.
Please help me to fix this, I will loss my golden opportunity because of this.
