Please help in formulating HR manual for an IT company. Need to discuss all the HR process in it but i have not formulated HR manual before .Please provide me with a sample HR Manual.

prior to formulating the HR manual you need to see the legal aspects of business or you can hire a qualified Advocate for formulating the policy as per your business requirement .

no need ti involve advacates in the name of legal opinion it can be done by experinced hr person who is well convercent in service matters
