Hello, Sr. HR professional, I have two years of experience as an HR Executive in an IT/Software company. For the last two years, I have been involved in both profiles because I have worked in a small-scale company until now. So, I am the single person who has to handle the entire recruitment life cycle as well as payroll and other HR operations.

This time, I want to change my job. The reason is that I want to join a big organization for my personal and professional growth. However, I am unable to make a decision now on whether I should apply for a Recruiter or Generalist profile.
Sometimes, I feel irritated by recruitment because our company has a 6-day working week and working hours are 9 hours. As a result, most experienced candidates refuse to join us. Additionally, I have to handle employee attendance, listen to their work-related issues, manage their appraisals, payroll, exit formalities if anyone leaves the company, and many other day-to-day activities.
Please suggest to me: should I search for a job in HR Admin/Operation/Generalist profile, or should I apply for an IT Recruiter position?
Kindly reply!
Thanks,
