Greetings!
I have some queries and seek advice on these: Should the HR be receiving the resignation letter of an employee directly, or should it first be submitted to the immediate Manager/TL of the employee? Many times, resigning employees ask for an accepted/signed copy of their resignation letter even though they do not complete the relieving formalities with us. What can we do in that situation?
