I got the message from PF admin - Form23 for the accounting year 2014 - 2015 is available on the ECR portal for download.
What does it mean and what is Form 23.
Form 23 means annual statement of account of PF subscribers. We call it as PF slip also. You i.e. employer needs to download it from employer e-Sewa (ECR portal) and distribute to the members.
