I am working in the IT industry as an HR executive, and we have a total of 25 employees. Being a small firm, we do not have many defined company policies for our organization; thus, we do not have any specific benefits for employees or the organization. As we are in the month of appraisals, I have been asked to come up with a scheme that will benefit both employees and the company, such as a mediclaim and savings fund.
Regarding payroll, we do not have any deductions other than PT. I would appreciate it if you could kindly provide me with some advice on this matter.
