Basic Hr,pf,esi Policies

hi
i want to open a call center in Delhi with 13 employees .
i came up with this website while searching about hr policies , pf , epf , leave and all..
i am not a hr person and n looking for very simple and basic policies
salaries will be around 13k and above plus incentives .

No need to get pf & esic code for 13 employee,Its minimum required 20. Pay them salary basic,Hra, conveyance & other allowance,
