Your xl statement is interesting but not very clear.
OBSERVATIONS
The first statement ( on Personality traits) shows two sets of attributes in the two columns.
The total percentage adds upto 100 in every row.
The attributes in the left side are opposite to those that you see in the right side.
QUESTIONS
What was the population size taken for study?
Is this study validated?
The second statement ( Functional) appears to be another independent statement.
However here no linkage appears to be there.
