Please suggest which option is better for hiring candidates - through consultancy or through job portals. As my company is newly set up, we have around 12 openings right now. My company's strength is less than 20.
Self-sourcing via a job portal is recommended, provided you have an able resource in place. Otherwise, you may avail services of a referred consultant where you'd be supported with a replacement guarantee as well.
Ideally, you can go ahead with the job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Monster. They are cost-effective. If it doesn't work, then think about consulting with a recruitment agency.
