I have recently joined an IT company and am working as an HR Executive. I am an MBA fresher. Kindly guide me on how to prepare an HR manual and for whom are we preparing it – for HR or for employees.
1. Do you include recruitment and selection in the HR manual? Do we have to add the policies and procedures followed in recruitment and selection?
2. Also, please let me know if you circulate this manual to all the employees working in your organization.
This HR Manual is meant for employees, prepared by HR personnel to handle employees' related issues in written documents. Mostly, it is kept as a printed binding book with HR, which is shown to employees for reference. It contains the entire HR system that is being followed in that particular organization.
Regards,
Amit Seth.
