I have recently joined in an IT Comp, and am working as a HR Executive. Am a MBA Fresher. Kindly guide me how to prepare HR manual and for whom r v preparing, its for HR or for employees.
1. DO u add recruitment and selection in HR manual, do we have to add the policy and procedures followed in recruitment and selection.
2. Also kindly let me know do u circulate this manual across all the employees working in ur organisation.
