Hi! Great effort! You can consider including greeting employees and families on birthdays and other important occasions, keeping potted plants in the corridors, and arranging flower vases on executive tables or elsewhere.

You could even add information about the safety precautions to be followed in case of emergencies. You may also want to include the helpline details of the administrative staff as well.
