I have transferred my Existing PF account to my current organization before 8 months ago. But still it was not transferred to my account. Can i get the latest status of that Transfer anywhere.

Hi form16 has already submited and below is the proof i got from Hewitt (Third Party ) tie up with our organization.Is there any way i can check the status of the existign transfer.
