Understanding HRD vs. HRM: Why Are Their Training Programs Different?

Hello Everybody,

I want to know if the Sub-system of HRD is the same as the Sub-System for HRM. So, why are different training programs being given to employees from the HRM and HRD departments? In other words, what is the difference between the Sub-system of HRD and HRM?
