Designing A Training Programme

Hi,
I am a MBA student doing my MBA in HR.. I m in the final year i am in the final year of my course so i have to do a year long project hence i have chosen a topic " DESIGNING A TRAINING PROGRAMME IN PVT SECTOR" So can anybdy help me regarding what to do in the projrect or can anybody help me regarding the topic which i have chosen.
