Hello all,
Larger companies can afford HR managers or teams, but we are a small IT services firm with 15 people that seems to be "always recruiting" with the help of recruiters and Naukri.com. This leads to "always managing" the talent pool, conducting interviews, scanning resumes, handling potential candidates, preparing offer letters, appointment letters, policies, reviews, etc.
Managing HR in Small Companies
My question is: what do small companies do to manage this? I see many HR personnel here that are building HR departments for small companies. Do small companies work with experienced part-time HR managers? Can they afford such a thing? Since we are small, office space is limited to development staff only. I imagine other smaller companies in Navi Mumbai are similar. How do these tiny companies with a mission handle such issues? Any insights would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Ron
