How will be the future of SAP HCM?
Iam having 2 years of work exp in HR generalist profile
i take care of recruitment, T&D ,PMS, employee communication and other issues for an leading manufacturing unit.
Iam aspiring to get into SAP HCM..................how is the future of it

Its a good choice, but you have to take a call on the place for knowledge acquisition. In Chennai siemens is doing good in SAP Training but costly. You will have a good future in the SAP Field. TC

two things 1.It is too costly,2.You have to labor hard .In HCM requirement is less.Salary is high.It is upon you how you approach it.
