Seeking an English Speaking Coach for Our Executives: Can You Help Boost Their Confidence?

I am looking for a competent person to conduct an English speaking course for our executives. The sessions would be held once a week for a couple of hours until they show visible improvement. The objective is to help them overcome their reservations and become proficient in communicating in English - preferably in good English. While most of them can engage in conversations to some extent, there is still much progress to be made. Are there any interested individuals? Please also provide details on the expected compensation.
