Delhi Minimum Wages revised w.e.f. 01.10.2015

Govt. of NCT of Delhi has revised the Minimum Wages w.e.f. 01.10.2015 vide Notification F.No.12(142)/13/mw/Lab/2231 dated 16.10.2015.

I am working in CPWD Civil New Delhi on a contract basis as a computer operator. The agency did not pay the wages as per Delhi minimum wages 03/2017, but another agency has paid its contract labor as per the minimum wages in effect. However, our contractor has not paid the wages according to the current rates. He informed us that the High Court has issued a stay on it. Could you advise me on what we should do?

Is it necessary to register every steel factory (rolling mill) which is in the industrial area under the Shram Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam, 1982 in Chhattisgarh?
