Should I Tell My Future Employer About Bench Period In Previous Company??

The first line convinced me.
It's right - the fault is not just with the candidate but our own understanding of the situation (sure as a sniper shot, had I heard the word 'Bench', I would reject him/her as unsuitable)
And appreciate the sanity check on this one.

vbrightmanagement@gmail - Not a very bright query, that. Might want to do a Google search or possibly reach out to the Minister of Minimum wages (there should be one - the amount of queries around this topic are huge!)

First of all I really appreciate the question, which reflects your faithfulness.
But please don't hide things, please show that you worked in that respective company for 5 months and was on bench due to not having projects.

Hi Akshara, I think you must tell them about your past 5 months bench period to your future employer even without asking by him. If you did't tell them or after your joining he known from some other source than you may facing the problem and may can't continue with them.

Hello,

I had started my career in a start up company, and i worked there 1 year 8 months and resigned. after 3 month of gap again i joined in the same company and worked for 3 month.

i resigned from the start up, since i got an opportunity with MNC (But contract position). During the Background check, HR called me and said that i have submitted a fake experience certificate because My boss has given a reply saying that i work with the start up only for 3 month, and remaining experience are fake. I got shocked.

And i tried to proof myself by showing EPF like PF passbook and UAN detection details (Because i dont have any proof other than exp certificate and EPF, salary- sometimes they put in bank account and sometimes cash they will give) Meanwhile they did't give time to show these proofs & terminated me.

So, what i have to do,In case if i get a job again if they start BGC and again if they said wrong about my experience Shall i show EPF details as a proof ?

You Should show all proofs & documents at first to HR.. I don't think you will have any problem
