What Are the Updated EPF Contribution Rates from Employers? Seeking Clarity on Changes

Could you please inform me about the new percentage rate of EPF contribution (i.e., Pension, PF, PF Admin Charge, EDLI charge, & EDLI Admin Charge) from the employer's side? I have heard that the PF admin charge has been reduced. Therefore, kindly provide me with the updated contribution rates (i.e., Pension, PF, PF Admin Charge, EDLI, & EDLI Admin Charge) from the employer's perspective. Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Generally, the employer contribution rates to EPF are as follows:
1. PF - 3.67%
2. Admin - 0.85%
3. Pension - 8.33%
4. EDLI - 0.5%
5. EDLI admin - 0.01%

As per the MOL&E Notification No. S.O. 323(E) dated 2nd February, 2015 and S.0.324(E) dated 2nd February, 2015, the Rate of Administrative Charges is reduced from 1.10°/o to 0.85°/o of the pay and is applicable from 1st January 2015.

Dear Mr. Abhishek, As per the MOL&E Notification No. S.O. 323(E) dated 2nd February 2015, and S.O. 324(E) dated 2nd February 2015, the Rate of Administrative Charges is reduced from 1.10% to 0.85% of the pay and subject to a minimum sum of seventy-five rupees per month for every non-functional establishment having no contributory member and five hundred rupees per month per establishment for other establishments. This change is applicable from 1st January 2015.
