New to HR in Construction? Need Help with Essential Forms and Letters Starter Kit?

K.M.Manish
Hi all, I've just joined a firm that operates in the builders and construction sector. I'm trying to implement some HR policies in my company as, until now, there were none. Can anybody help me with the list of forms and letters I will require as a starter kit? For example, candidate feedback form, _________, and relieving letter, etc.

I have prepared acceptance, offer, appointment, confirmation, resignation, and relieving letters, as well as candidate feedback forms and employee feedback forms. I just wanted to know if there is anything I have left out or if anyone thinks something should be excluded from the list.

HR Policies Implementation

Include HR policies such as late attendance and reward programs (which need not be costly), as well as PF and ESIC. If you have not registered for PF and ESIC, please register them with immediate effect.

Training Programs

Conduct training programs to start with, possibly on communication, leadership, and motivation.

Make sure that you also give the 2014-2015 PF statement to each and every employee. If there are contract employees, please make sure that the records regarding them are up to date.

I really appreciate your helping hand. There are many things we need to implement in our organization. We need to update all the inputs to the upper-level management. Once they consider it, I can go ahead and update you on the same. Thank you for your valuable concern.

Can anyone help me out with a basic Code of Conduct applied in every other organization? Can anyone give me the link for a basic Code of Conduct file?
