HR Policies - Builder And Developers Firm

Hi All, I've just joined a firm which is into Builders and Construction sector. I'm trying to implement some HR policies in my company as till now there were none. Can anybody help me with the List of forms and letters I will require as a starter kit? eg. Candidate Feedback Form, _________, till Relieving Letter, etc.

I've prepared Acceptance, Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Resignation and Relieving Letters & Candidate Feedback Form, Employee Feedback Form, etc. Just wanted to know is there anything which I've left or is there anything which anyone of you thinks that it can be excluded from the list?

As of now you have done the basic work. You need to handle the advance activities of HR as well. You may introduce Performance Management System (PMS). To know more about introduction of PMS, you may click the following link:

Include HR Policies like - Late Attendance, Reward Program (Need not be costly); PF, ESIC.... If you have not registered for PF and ESIC, please register it with immediate effect.
Conduct Training Program to start with may be on Communication, Leadership, Motivational.

Make sure that you also give 2014 - 2015 PF statement to each and every employee.
If there are contract employees, please make sure that the registerd w.r.t them are upto date.

Dear concer, as i have been employee to company for 14month, due to my domastic issue i have written resignation letter to my boss and cc to HR, saying please relive me as earliest. Resignation letter date 12th March. My boss forwarded letter to HR, to do the needful. I have waited for two days i have not got any reply... later i have written a mail to HR directly to know status about resignation letter acceptation, after that i have received a mail my letter has been forwarded to corporate office and i will receive a call from there, after few days i received a call from corporate office and informed will update to Unit HR. Exactly after 12th day of resignation letter HR called and asked me to give hand over company properties same i have done, till that HR has not replied my mail or any hard copy of acceptation letter, she has written on white paper formate regarding final clearance form and sign by HR mentioned i need go back to office on next Monday. I have waited when next monday i have called to confirm HR has not responding my call and mail, end of the day i have received call due to sr. Manager is not available HR umable to take a call. HR confirmed me that next day will update me but no response. In between i have sent a mail and text also. Next monday when i have called to confirm HR started with different reason i cant take call, my boss is not available i cant behind your job etc... now my question is shall i get my 23rd days working salary as well my FNF settelment if i get when shall i... ?? And if get any other offeres from XYZ company can i join over there?? Please help me out with this issue. Regards
